The Notifications Inbox brings important updates into one place, making it easier to track case and constituent activity, spot what needs attention, and stay on top of follow-up work across your team. It gives you a clearer view of what has changed and helps reduce the risk of missing important case updates. By keeping notifications organised in a single stream, teams can work more quickly and respond with more confidence.

Fixes and improvements

  • We make some Improvements to the performance and speed of the Cases pages, helping lists load faster and feel more responsive during day-to-day casework.
  • We updated AI prompts to improve the quality and consistency of outputs across supported workflows.
  • Renamed SLA to "Due date" to make deadlines clearer and easier to understand at a glance.
  • Fixed an issue where due date-related indicators could still appear on closed cases, where they no longer apply.

Fixes and improvements

  • We added AI-powered summaries, giving you quick TL;DR overviews of cases and items attached to them.
  • We improved the UI for asking questions about cases and individual emails, making it easier to jump into chat and get focused TL;DR summaries.
  • On the Case page, Conversations has been renamed to AI history.
  • We fixed an issue where the case description would slightly change height when you clicked to edit it.
  • Email statuses have been simplified from four to two: unactioned and actioned, making it clearer when something needs your attention.
  • On the Constituent page, you can now add multiple email addresses and phone numbers, and set one as the primary.
  • We removed the active / inactive badge from the constituent list, as it was redundant and only reflected whether someone had previously been in touch.
  • We updated the move constituent button on the Case page to make its purpose much clearer.
  • We fixed a bug with the leave a comment input on the Case page that limited its height and the amount of text you could enter.
  • We updated the constituent list search to behave like an inline “find” tool, so you can quickly jump to a constituent without leaving your flow.

  • You can now send new emails and reply to individual messages directly from the Case Detail page.
  • We’ve added a blog where you can find the latest news and updates from ParlyReply.
  • Inbox messages now scroll correctly in Google Chrome.
  • The Inbox triage summary now fits better on devices with smaller screen heights.
  • The cases list now shows the constituent’s name by default.
  • We’ve made performance improvements to the cases list, making it faster and more responsive.

OpenAI ZDR

Parlyreply has secured a Zero Data Retention (ZDR) agreement with OpenAI, meaning that no data sent to AI services is stored, logged, or used for training - at any point.

This is a major milestone for Parlyreply and an important step in making modern AI usable in parliamentary casework without compromising security or privacy.

Security has always been a top priority for parliamentary offices. From day one, Parlyreply has been designed to minimise data exposure by default, apply strict handling controls, and ensure that constituent information is processed only for its intended purpose.

ZDR means MPs can use AI-powered features in ParlyReply with confidence that sensitive casework remains confidential - while still retaining access to modern capabilities like web-enabled research, document understanding, and high-quality drafting, all with no data residue, no retention, and no secondary use.

It’s one more way we’re building software that’s not just powerful, but genuinely safe for the work that matters most.

Smarter case grouping and filtering

Parlyreply now organises inbound casework automatically — grouping related issues without relying on tags, folders, or manual triage.

Constituents might email about the same problem in ten different ways, but Parlyreply brings it together into a single theme.
