The Notifications Inbox brings important updates into one place, making it easier to track case and constituent activity, spot what needs attention, and stay on top of follow-up work across your team. It gives you a clearer view of what has changed and helps reduce the risk of missing important case updates. By keeping notifications organised in a single stream, teams can work more quickly and respond with more confidence.
Fixes and improvements
- We make some Improvements to the performance and speed of the Cases pages, helping lists load faster and feel more responsive during day-to-day casework.
- We updated AI prompts to improve the quality and consistency of outputs across supported workflows.
- Renamed SLA to "Due date" to make deadlines clearer and easier to understand at a glance.
- Fixed an issue where due date-related indicators could still appear on closed cases, where they no longer apply.
