Exporter and faster constituent creation

Exporter

We’ve added a new exporter in ParlyReply, making it much easier for you to get case, constituent, and label data out of the platform when you need it.

Exports can now be requested directly from settings, and the resulting CSV files are sent to your email address so data can be shared, reviewed, or moved into other workflows with less effort.

Add constituents from triage

When you are working in triage, ParlyReply can now extract constituent details directly from the email to help prefill the add constituent flow.

That makes it faster to create a constituent record from incoming correspondence without retyping details already in the message.

Other fixes and improvements

• Smoothed first-run setup for new workspaces so onboarding is clearer and key setup steps are easier to complete.
• Made bulk actions more reliable, reducing the chance of stale selections or inconsistent behaviour during larger case updates.
• Fixed a range of smaller UX issues across inbox and case flows, including polish improvements that make everyday actions feel more consistent.
• Strengthened reliability and security across case actions, bulk operations, and account protection.
