Real-time sync

We’ve introduced real-time sync in ParlyReply, making it easier for teams to stay in sync as work happens.

Instead of waiting for updates to appear later, real-time sync let changes flow through immediately. That means faster reactions and a smoother experience when other tools or workflows depend on what’s happening in ParlyReply. Updates across cases, constituents, standard lines and more now appear in real time for everyone on your team.

Other fixes and improvements

• Improved reliability across the inbox and case detail experience to reduce blank states, crashes, and inconsistent updates.
• Fixed a number of issues in the email composer, including problems with drafts, standard lines, and close behaviour.
• Smoothed out several case-management interactions, including status changes, assignee updates, and inline editing.
• Polished smaller interface details across the product, including avatars, icons, tooltips, and dialog layouts.
• Improved performance in a few areas where loading and interaction felt sluggish.
• Added further security and production-readiness improvements behind the scenes.
