First-time user experience
We’ve improved the first-time user experience in ParlyReply so new teams can get oriented faster and start working with more confidence.
ParlyReply now does a better job of explaining the core workflow, making key setup tasks easier to discover, and reducing the amount of guesswork involved when a workspace is being used for the first time.
Other fixes and improvements
- Improved inbox and constituent pages so expired sessions are handled more cleanly, reducing broken or blank screens when you need to sign in again.
- Fixed editing flows across inbox and constituent pages so save failures now show clearer feedback instead of failing silently.
- Improved case lists so loading and empty states are clearer, and bulk actions no longer keep stale selections after filters or views change.
- Fixed My Cases filtering so assignee results are more reliable.
- Improved case creation and member invites with clearer validation and error feedback.
- Fixed sent-mail search and case-detail drafting issues so common actions behave more reliably.
